    Good day everyone,

did you have any issues opening the 00_SNAP_Intro.zip file in the SNAP?

For some reason I am getting an error: “No appropriate product reader found”.

Tried un-zipping the file and dragging the whole upzipped folder into the Product Explorer window in SNAP. The SNAP software gives me the same error.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Veronika

      Hi Veronika,
thanks for getting back to us.

I have just downloaded the data, unzipped the .zip file and open the .dim subset in SNAP. It should work on your end as well without throwing an error. You do not need to import the entire unzipped folder but instead only the .dim file.

I have used SNAP version 8.0.

      Hope this helps!

Level-1 Single Look Complex (SLC) products consist of focused SAR data, geo-referenced using orbit and attitude data from the satellite, and provided in slant-range geometry. In this sentence i think there should be altitude not attitude.

Hi Rajat, yes that is correct. Thanks a lot for reporting the typo.
