The portal doesn’t show me the content from lesson 1 “Fundamentals of Remote Sensing”. It only takes me directly to the quiz.

I have the same problem highlighted by Monica recently. The portal does not show any content for the lesson “Fundamentals of Remote Sensing” (I had done this lesson in the past and I wanted to review it). The content of other lessons seem to be shown correctly.

I did all the quizzes of the first block with 100% but it is still marked as “not completed”.

I cannot start the second block as it keeps saying “Please go back and complete the previous lesson.”

Any idea what the problem could be?

Hi Danny,
once you have finished all quizzes, the respective lesson should be finished (marked with a tick sign for the lesson) and you should be allowed to move on to the next lesson. I tested this using a subscriber account and it should work for you as well. In some cases, changing the browser and/or cleaning your cookies could resolve the issue. Hope this helps.
