Thank you HYPERedu for this great tutorial and overall great learning resource! However, for consistency reasons, i wanted to point out that in the graphic on Wien’s displacement law you have utilized the abbreviation FIR, which has previously not been introduced. Of course, one might be able to deduct that “F” stands for “far”-infrared, but i thought it might be helpful in the preceding graph on the EMR spectrum.

Dear Jannis, Thank you very much for the kind words and the helpful comment. Yes, your are right, FIR stands for far-infrared. We will include it in the list of abbreviations when we revise the MOOC. Thank you again.
